Who we are
This website is operated by Fundle (Fundle.ai), which offers MarketplaceMetrics, marketplace reconciliation and revenue recovery software for retail brands. This notice covers the website, the demo request form and the visitor assistant. It does not cover the MarketplaceMetrics product used by customers, which is governed by the customer’s agreement.
What we collect
When you request a demo we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, optional role, the marketplaces you sell on, your monthly order volume band, what you would like to solve, an optional preferred time and your consent choices. When you use the assistant we store your messages and our replies, and any contact details you choose to share. We also record the page you started on, the referring site and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), so we know how you found us. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your request, arrange and prepare a product walkthrough, answer your questions and follow up about MarketplaceMetrics. We send occasional product updates only if you tick the optional updates box. Duplicate requests from the same email or phone number are combined into one record so the team has the full context.
Who processes it
Your details are available to the Fundle team members who handle enquiries. We use service providers to host the website and its database, to provide staff sign-in and to generate assistant replies; assistant messages are sent to an AI model provider for that purpose. The assistant answers from this website’s content, and a team member can read the conversation and join it if you ask for a person. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep enquiry and conversation records for as long as they are needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then delete or anonymise them unless we need to keep them for legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you shared, or withdraw consent for follow-up or product updates. Send your request through the demo request form or ask for a person in the assistant, and the team will respond. We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
